This Website contains explicit images and information which may not be suitable to some individuals. When you access this Website you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or 21 in places in which 18 is not the minimum legal age of majority or consent, and at a location where viewing adult material is not prohibited.



Return Policy

Contact us for a return shipping label. Store credit or exchange may be arranged for non-personal items returned in unused condition within 30 days of the date of purchase accompanied by the sales receipt. No store credit or exchange for personal items, solvents or lubricants. Acquire shipping insurance for items valued at $100 or more.

Shipping

We utilize United Parcel Service (UPS). We ship in discreet packaging. We do not ship to Post Office boxes. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories or International addresses. We are not responsible for damage or loss of shipment.



Rush Delivery

Your order is processed promptly depending on availability of stock. Rush delivery is available. Charge is based on current UPS rates. To indicate your preference for rush delivery, enter the word "RUSH" or "OVERNIGHT" in the Shopping Cart Special Instructions. Your invoice will show the regular delivery rate. We will notify you via email once we determine the actual charge for rush service.

Receive complimentary ground shipping on your purchase of $50.00 or more. Offer is valid for a limited time only. Offer is valid for online purchases on bitethefruit.com. Offer is not valid at the Bite the Fruit retail store. Offer only applies to an order shipped to a single address within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington DC. Additional charges apply for all other shipping options and destinations. This offer may not be applied to past purchases. Solvents, Cleaners & Chargers

Nitrite based products, video head cleaners, crème chargers, etc., are highly flammable, toxic when ingested or inhaled, skin and eye irritant, and sold as cleaning solvents. They are not for sale to minors. Use only as directed by manufacturer. Misuse may be hazardous to your health. Shipping of these items is limited to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington DC.



Gift Certificates

Bite the Fruit Gift Certificates are the perfect gift every time. They are sold in increments of $25. When purchased through our Website, they are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

Please note the following restrictions when redeeming Bite the Fruit Gift Certificates:

They do not have cash value. If unused portion of certificate is at least $10, store credit may be issued.
They may not be applied to previous purchases.
They are invalid if copied or altered.
They may not be redeemed after the printed expiration date.

To redeem, present the certificate to the sales associate prior to finalizing your purchase. When redeeming through our Website, indicate the Certificate Number (printed on the certificate) on the Shopping Cart Special Instructions.



Loyalty Vouchers

Bite the Fruit Loyalty Vouchers are promotional vouchers rewarded to our loyal customers.

Customers participating in the Bite the Fruit Loyalty Program receive a $20.00 voucher each time their purchases reach a cumulative total of $200.00. The vouchers are emailed once a month at the beginning of the month.

To participate in the Bite the Fruit Loyalty Program, please register with a sales associate while shopping in our physical store. We can create your account with your name and e-mail address. Mailing address is optional. Phone number is used as an optional ID. There is no fee to register.

Then, every time you shop in our physical store, prior to finalizing your purchase, please inform the sales associate that you are a member of our Loyalty Program to ensure your purchase is recorded on your account.

When you place an order through our Website, you are automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Program unless you specify otherwise.

Please note the following restrictions when redeeming Bite the Fruit Loyalty Vouchers:

They do not have cash value.
They may not be applied to previous purchases.
They may not be combined with other offers, however, you may combine Loyalty Vouchers if you receive more than one.
They may not be used to purchase Gift Certificates.
They are invalid if copied or altered.

To redeem, present the original voucher to the sales associate prior to finalizing your purchase. If you received your voucher by email, present the email printed or displayed on your smart phone or device.

When redeeming through our Website, indicate the Voucher Number (printed on the voucher) on the Shopping Cart Special Instructions. Please note that your online total will not reflect the voucher. We apply the discount when we process your payment.



Play Money

Bite the Fruit Play Money is our promotional gift voucher issued at fund raisers and other events. Please note the following restrictions when redeeming these special vouchers:

They do not have cash value.
They may not be applied to previous purchases.
They may not be combined with other offers.
They may not be used to purchase Gift Certificates.
They are invalid if copied or altered.
They may not be redeemed after the printed expiration date.

To redeem, present the voucher to the sales associate prior to finalizing your purchase. When redeeming through our Website, indicate the Voucher Number (printed on the voucher) on the Shopping Cart Special Instructions. The purchase price is adjusted after you place your order.



Acceptable Forms of Payments

Purchases in our physical store

We accept cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discovercard. We do not accept checks. To redeem a Bite the Fruit Gift Certificate, Loyalty Voucher or Play Money, present the original certificate or voucher to the sales associate prior to finalizing your purchase. For vouchers received by email, present the email printed or displayed on your smart phone or device.

Purchases through our Website

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discovercard. We do not accept cash or checks. Your payment is processed at the time your order is shipped. To redeem a Bite the Fruit Gift Certificate, Loyalty Voucher or Play Money, indicate the Certificate or Voucher Number on the Shopping Cart Special Instructions. The discount is applied after you place your order.

For additional security on web orders, we require the Card Verification Value (CVV) number of your credit card. For American Express, the CVV is a four-digit number on the front of the card. For Visa, Mastercard and Discover, the CVV is a three-digit number on the back of the card.
